We live on in infamy

Besides my attempts a blogging, I also have a journal I hardly write in. I have many times attempted to be faithful to the journal experience, but to no avail. So the question that came up is...why have a journal in the 1st place? Why do I keep trying? Do I expect my descendants to read the words I left behind to find my voice behind those words?God I hope they will never read my journal. Because therein lies the difference between my blog and my journal. My journal is not too private to share (although it is about my secret double life^^)...its just decidedly shallow! Won't tell what's in it, but believe me I would rather it never be made public. Perhaps I should request it to be cremated alongside me. I wonder why Anne Frank never had such issues?
